Chilled Fruit Soup
Easy, healthy and delicious! This can also be used as a smoothie.
2 cups fruit (see cook's notes)
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
2 cups orange juice
Blend all ingredients and chill in refrigerator for at least an hour.

Strawberries, peaches, mangoes and papayas are especially good in this. If fruit isn't sweet enough, add a little sugar to taste.
