This is from Weight Watchers and it has 4 points per serving
2 slices turkey bacon
1/2 teaspoon light maple syrup
3 slices (thin) unpeeled Granny Smith Apple
2 pieces Weight Watcher Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese Snacks
Line a microwavable plate with a paper towel.
Place bacon on paper towel and lightly brush with maple syrup.
Heat microwave on high power until the bacon is throughly cooked, 1-2 minutes.
On a separate plate, layer a slice of apple, a piece of cheese, and a slice of turkey bacon that has been cut in half.
Repeat with another slice of apple, remaining piece of cheese, and remaining slice of turkey bacon cut in half.
Top with remaining apple slice.
