11 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl.
Beat with mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one.
Beat in vanilla.
Add chocolate chips to the mixture and stir in with a wooden spoon.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake about 40 minutes.
Let cool slightly before cutting.
Optional: add a drizzle of chocolate syrup on the top.
