Place jam in a small microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 10-15 seconds or until melted.
Pour into a small bowl.
Whisk in the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Serve with salad greens.
Refrigerate any remaining vinaigrette.
