1 apple, peeled and sliced
3 Tablespoons reduced calorie margarine
1 Tablespoon brown sugar, packed
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup apple cider
1/4 cup cider vinegar
2 cups cooked noodles
Sauté apple in 1 1/2 Tablespoons margarine about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar and cook another 3-5 minutes.
Sprinkle spices on chicken and sauté in 1 1/2 Tablespoons margarine 4-5 minutes per side.
Cook onion 6-8 minutes and add in cider and vinegar.
Simmer another 2 minutes, add chicken back in and cook till liquid is reduced by 1/2.
Add the apples, heat through, and serve on noodles.
