1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained
2 Tablespoons chopped green onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dill
1 Tablespoon lime juice
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
1 dash cayenne pepper
Crush beans in a ziplock bag or zoom in a food processor, add the onions, garlic, dill, lime and vinegar.
Mix well and place into a bowl.
Dash with cayenne pepper, serve with tortilla chips.
