1 recipe Basic Pizza Dough (see link below)
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
6 1/2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
2 ounces pine nuts
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
2 Tablespoons fresh oregano leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
3 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
fresh ground black pepper
Prepare pizza dough as described in recipe.
Remove about one-quarter of the dough and set aside.
Press remaining dough into a lightly greased 10 1/2 by 12 3/4 inch Swiss roll tin and brush with oil.
Roll reserved dough into two sausage shapes each 10 1/2 inches long. Place these across the pizza base to divide it into three equal portions.
Top one third of the pizza with the blue cheese and pine nuts.
Top another third with the mozzarella cheese and oregano leaves and the remaining third with the Parmesan cheese and black pepper to taste.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is golden and base is crisp.
