1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 (14-ounce) bag frozen broccoli florets
1/2 cups chopped onion
1 Tablespoon cajun seasoning
Add oil and shrimp.
Stir-fry until shrimp are pink.
Stir in broccoli, onion, and cajun seasoning.
Stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
Serve over rice.

I think for someone who needed to watch their salt intake they could probably just forgo the premade Cajun Spice mix and go for the individual spices....I don't have High BP..but it runs in my partner's family so I tend to cook with that in mind....
