This mix is low sodium compared to a bottle of store bought chili powder but flavor is less intense so you may want to add some jalapeņo's to your pot of chili.
3 Tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Mix all and store in air tight container.
Use 1 Tablespoon and 1 teaspoon per 7 cups of chili con carne.
