2 cups cooked chunks of turkey or chicken breast
1 (10 ounce) can chicken broth
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
1 can white kidney beans or cannellini beans, undrained
Mix all ingredients in a pan and heat through and then serve.
Makes 4 servings.
You can garnish this with Monterey Jack Cheese, diced onion and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
I used chicken breast in my recipe.
I drained and rinsed the beans and added a bit more chicken broth.
