4 pound pork roast (buy the cheapest one and any size…all come out great…trust me!)
salt and pepper
1/4 cup honey
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg***
1/8 teaspoon cloves***
1/8 teaspoon orange peel***
(***I use 1/2 teaspoon allspice and a dash of orange juice as a sub for the 3 items.)
Okay, this is a hard one to prepare *roll eyes*:
Rinse off roast and sprinkle all over with salt & pepper, place in slow cooker.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour over roast.
Place cover and cook for 6-8 hours (mine has gone as long as 12…it just gets more tender).
Serve with mashed taters and enjoy!
