1 1/4 cups water
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup semolina flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons yeast
In a mixer:
Mix up the flours and the salt in the mixing bowl.
Dissolve the sugar with the warm water; add yeast and let stand until foamy.
Add the olive oil to the water and pour over dry ingredients in mixer bowl while mixer is running and with the dough hook attached.
Let mix several minutes until dough is kneaded well. OR
In an ABM:
Put all ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
Put on dough setting and let mix to final signal.
THEN FOR BOTH:
Lightly spray a large bowl with Pam and turn dough ball into bowl, spraying the top of dough lightly.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until almost double.
Spread some olive oil into dark pizza pan.
Sprinkle a light coating of semolina flour into the pan.
Pat dough into pan.
For pizza: Add favorite toppings and bake.
For breadsticks: Score dough for easy separation...sprinkle with salt, sesame seeds, poppy seeds or what-have-you.
