1 can whole kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 (8-ounce) package cornbread muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
1 large egg, beaten
1 stick margarine or butter melted (1/2 cup)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into an 8 x 8 microwave safe baking pan.
Microwave about 20 minutes.
The cornbread will come to top and form a crust.
Serve it hot.
