1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 cups cubed ham
1/4 cup butter
1/2 teaspoon paprika
2-3 cups fresh broccoli
1/2 soup can milk
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Slice potatoes into casserole dish.
Pour butter, salt, paprika and pepper over potatoes.
Bake at 425ºF for about 40 minutes until brown.
Cook broccoli and drain.
Mix soup and milk until blended, add ham.
Arrange cooked broccoli over potatoes.
Add ham and sauce over the top.
Sprinkle with additional paprika if desired.
Bake at 425ºF for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly on top.
