3 heads cauliflower cut into bite size pieces
1 cup cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon white vinegar
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 1/2 cups canola oil
Put cauliflower in a non-metallic bowl.
In a quart jar with a tight fitting lid, shake together the cider vinegar, white vinegar, sugar, dill weed, salt, pepper, and garlic salt till well mixed.
Add oil and shake again.
Pour dressing over cauliflower.
Toss to coat cauliflower.
Cover and marinate 24 hours, stirring several times.
