1 (3-ounce) package lemon Jello
1 (3-ounce) package orange Jello
2 cups hot water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1 large banana
1 package miniature marshmallows
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
5 Tablespoons flour
2 cups pineapple juice
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 large carton Cool Whip
1 can flaked coconut
for the 1st layer:
Mix jello with hot water; let cool.
Add pineapple with juice to Jello mixture.
Pour into oblong dish.
Slice banana on top of mixture.
Sprinkle with marshmallows and press into Jello.
for the 2nd layer:
Mix all ingredients and cook over low heat until thick, stirring often.
Cool before you spread over first layer.
for the 3rd layer:
Mix cream cheese with whipped topping.
Spread mixture on top of second layer.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Refrigerate before serving.
This can be made a day ahead.
