Grilled Pork Burgers
1 pound fresh ground pork
1/4 cup fresh parmesan cheese, finely grated (not the can stuff)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, finely grated (not the can stuff)
Fresh chopped basil
Optional toppings: onions, tomatoes, lettuce, etc.
Preheat grill to medium, lightly grease grills.
Mix everything except the fresh basil and the 1/2 cup fresh parmesan, just until blended, DO NOT over mix of it will be dry.
Grill 4-6 minutes per side, until desired doneness.
Top each patty with fresh parmesan cheese and broil until cheese melted, top with fresh chopped basil and serve.

Note: Can be brushed with BBQ sauce prior to adding final cheese topping if desired.
