1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 bag favorite lettuce (or 1 head lettuce cut up)
6-8 ounces shredded cheddar or taco blend cheese
1 avacado, diced and drizzled with lime juice and salt (optional)
1 jar of taco sauce (med-mild)
1 - 1 1/2 cups crushed nacho chips (doritos)
Brown ground beef and add the taco seasoning following the directions on the package.
Allow beef to cool if you aren't eating this right away.
In a large bowl toss the lettuce, cheese and avacado.
Add in the ground beef, taco sauce and chips.
