Chicken baked with sour cream and paprika and lemon juice and other seasonings
Serves 4 to 6.
1 cup sour cream
2 1/2 to 3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 cups fine plain dry bread crumbs
Combine sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, seasoned salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Place chicken pieces in the bowl, turning to coat thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove chicken and coat well with the bread crumbs.
Arrange chicken in a greased shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
