3/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 1/2 Tablespoons sesame oil
1 pound flank steak, trimmed
Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; add trimmed steak.
Seal bag and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
When ready to cook, remove steak from bag, and discard marinade.
Grill steak 6 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
Remove from grill, and cut diagonally across grain into 1/4-1/2-inch-thick slices.
