Baked acorn squash drizzled with honey and cinnamon.

2 acorn squash
2 Tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Cut squash in quarters, remove seeds, and rinse clean.
Place squash quarters in a baking pan.
Drizzle honey over each piece and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Place 1/2 cup water in the pan, cover, and bake at 350ºF for 45 to 60 minutes, or until tender.
