4 chicken breasts either pounded thin OR 2 Chicken breast butterfly and cut in half
4 Arnold sandwich thin buns toasted
4 slices cheese (we like sharp cheddar or pepper jack)
8 pieces crispy bacon
honey mustard sauce (optional)
1 ripe avocado sliced and sprinkled with salt and lime juice
4 pieces lettuce
Sprinkle the chicken with seasoning salt, grill or pan fry until done.
Using a toasted sandwich thin, layer the chicken, cheese, bacon, mustard sauce, avocado and lettuce.
You can either eat as is or press in a panini grill.
