3 large eggs beaten
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
12 slices white or wheat bread
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 slices Deli ham
6 slices Deli turkey
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Raspberry Jelly for dipping
Beat together eggs and milk, set aside.
Beat together butter and mustard until well blended, spread on one side of each slice of bread.
For each sandwich, top one slice of bread with one slice of cheese, one slice of ham, one slice of turkey and second slice of bread, butter side down.
Dip each sandwich in egg mixture, brown on both sides on a lightly buttered griddle.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 425ºF.
Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
Cool slightly and dip in Raspberry jelly.
