2 oranges, peeled and chopped
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or 1 (20-ounce) can juice-pack pineapple chunks, drained)
1 banana, sliced *(See Note)
1/4 cup flaked/shredded coconut
2 to 4 Tablespoons golden raisins, Craisins, or dried cherries
1 Tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
Serve at room temperature or cover and chill.
