Olive-Pecan Sandwiches

These make very good tea sandwiches on soft bread. This is my sister's recipe and I love them when we have had them at receptions or other parties.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup stuffed olives, chopped
2 Tablespoons olive juice
Dash pepper

Instructions:

Mix well and spread on bread.
Makes 1 loaf of sandwiches.
Good on any kind of bread

Often they are cut into small sandwiches and you could even cut them into shapes if you want to be fancy.
:recrev I use this on canapé breads (preferrably rye) for weddings or showers. G'ma
