I don't even know if they eat burritos in India!

But, I set out a large platter of wheat and whole grain flour tortillas Saturday, along with the following selection of fillings, sauces and various condiments and we found WE really liked them, whether they were "authentic" or not! In fact, a rather dubious guest, who previous to trying Indian Burritos had thought she didn't LIKE Indian food, described them as having EPIC flavor and acknowledged that maybe she DID like Indian food after all!
FYI: When most of us "built" our Burritos we included some of everything - the combination of flavors was delightful.
