1/2 cup sweet mango chutney (Patak’s)
1/2 cup soy sour cream
1 teaspoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 Tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
Combine the sweet mango chutney, soy sour cream, lime juice and garlic in a blender container or small, deep bowl, then use a blender or immersion blender to blend until smooth.
Stir in the minced cilantro.
Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate.
