Makes just under 1 gallon (not including ice cubes)
1 (13 to 14-ounce) can unsweetened coconut milk (look for lower fat content, such as 11g per serving)
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 (12-ounce) can frozen 100% pineapple juice concentrate
1 (12-ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
6 (12-ounce) cans water
Ice cubes
In a blender container, combine the coconut milk, undrained crushed pineapple and agave nectar; blend until smooth, then pour the mixture into a large pitcher.
In the unrinsed blender container, combine the two frozen juice concentrates and three cans of water; blend, then add to the coconut-pineapple mixture in the pitcher.
Stir in the remaining three cans of water.
Fill tall tumblers with ice cubes.
Pour drink over the ice.
