2 slices fresh white bread
margarine or butter
creamy peanut butter
Ripe red tomato, sliced
Butter bread one slice of bread and spread peanut butter on the other. (I butter only one to save some calories, do both if you prefer!)
Lay tomato slices over the peanut butter, and salt & pepper to taste. Put other slice of bread on top.
Slice into two sections and savuor!
