Vegetarian Berry Jam
I have tried all summer to make gelatin free jam, with no luck till now (using Chillover). I've got berries coming out my ears and this stuff is wonderful. And even better, I had a local rep from the farmers market call me and ask about doing a bulk contract for more orders!
Ingredients:

2 pounds strawberries, washed, hulled and crushed (or any berry you like) to yield 4 cups crushed berries
2 cups organic cane sugar
2 packets MaryJane's ChilloverŪ Powder

Instructions:

Combine crushed strawberries and sugar in a large pot.
Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Sprinkle and stir Chillover Powder into liquid and boil rapidly for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and can in sterile jars (refer to a canning manual for complete canning instructions).
