5 medium apples, stems removed
5 craft sticks
1 (14-ounce) package caramels, unwrapped
1/4 cup chunky or smooth peanut butter
2 Tablespoons water
Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Spray with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Insert craft stick into top of each apple; set aside.
In 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, microwave remaining ingredients on HIGH 2 minutes or until caramels are melted; stir until smooth.
Quickly dip apples in hot caramel mixture, spooning mixture over apples until well coated.
On prepared cookie sheet, arrange apples.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until caramel is set.
