1 box of Uncle Benís white and wild rice Ė prepared according to package directions
1 large container chicken broth (the quart size)
2 cans canned (evaporated) milk
2 cans Campbellís Potato Soup
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed up small but be generous
Optional but yummy: Crispy bacon
Cook the rice in a large pot.
When itís finished, add the chicken broth, canned milk and potato soup.
Stir over medium heat until blended and beginning to simmer.
Add in the cubed Velveeta, stirring until the cheese is melted.
Serve in bowls with the bacon sprinkled on top.
