HOW TO: Cook Potstickers
I always have my Potstickers stick to the pan and become ruined. This shows a simple way to make them (from frozen) and end up with a treat!
1 teaspoon Sesame and/or Olive Oil
1 cup water
Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
Add the potstickers.
When the bottoms are golden brown add the water and steam over Medium-High heat until water is gone.
Check bottoms to see that the water has all evaporated.
Remove from pan to serve.
