2 pounds London broil, sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices (flank steak could be used as well)
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow onion, sliced
1 beef bouillon cube (I used Knorr brand)
1/4 cup warm water
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 sub rolls
4 slices provolone cheese
Season the sliced beef with salt and pepper.
Place the sliced peppers, and onion in the bottom of the slow cooker then add the sliced beef on top.
Next dissolve the bouillon cube in the warm water and pour on top of beef.
Finally add the Worcestershire sauce on top of the beef and cook on high for 4 hours.
Once beef is tender place on sub rolls.
Add a slice of provolone cheese on top of each sub and either microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese or put under the broiler for a few minutes.
