1 yellow cake mix
1/3 cup soft butter
1 large egg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
2/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup butter
12 ounces peanut butter chips
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups cocktail peanuts
2 cups Rice Krispies
Mix cake mix, 1/3 cup butter and egg until crumbly.
Press into ungreased 9"x13" pan.
Bake 12 to 18 minutes at 350ºF.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with 3 cups miniature marshmallows.
Return to oven 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallows begin to puff; cool.
In a large pan, heat 2/3 cup corn syrup, 1/4 cup butter, 12 ounces peanut butter chips and 2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups peanuts and 2 cups Rice Krispies.
Spread over the marshmallows.
Cover and chill.
