1 pound ground Ham
1/2 pound ground pork (I did not use)
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 1/2 cups orange juice
Combine ham, pork, crumbs, onion, mustard, milk and eggs and mix well.
Form into 1 1/2-inch balls and put in shallow baking dish in a single layer.
Bake 30 minutes at 350║F.
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and cloves in small saucepan.
Add orange juice.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened.
Pour sauce over ham balls and bake an additional 15-20 minutes to heat throughout.
