NOTE: This recipe makes 2 pies.
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tablespoon finely grated orange zest
2 cups buttermilk
5 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon orange blossom water (or orange juice)
1/4 cup butter
white chocolate chips (about 1/4 cup per pie)
ground cinnamon, for dusting
Prebake the crusts for 8-10 minutes at 350ºF.
In a mixing bowl combine sugar, flour and orange zest.
Add in the buttermilk, beaten eggs, vanilla and orange blossom water.
Melt the butter over low heat.
Add to buttermilk mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Sprinkle the white chocolate chips into the bottom of each crust in a single layer.
Divide and pour the filling into the pie crusts.
Sprinkle the top of the pie lightly with ground cinnamon.
(I just put some ground cinnamon in my hand and lightly blow it over the top of the pie for easy, even coverage.)
Bake at 350ºF (175ºC) for 35 - 40 minutes or until filling sets, covering the edge so the crust doesn't burn.
Allow pies to cool and then refrigerate overnight.
Serve chilled for best flavor.

Note the difference of the covering with the Cinnamon Dusting compared to the top pie with no Cinnamon ^^.
