Coconut Whipped Cream

This recipe uses a commercial product called Whip It as a stabilizer.
Ingredients:

1 can full cream Coconut Milk
1 package Whip It (Oetker whipped cream stabilizer)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Using an electric whip/beaters, whip together the full fat coconut milk and the Whip It until soft peaks form (it never does get really stiff), then beat in powdered sugar and vanilla to taste.
