KRAFT is pandering to my hungry side.
DS Gabriel is my cheesecake man and he will flip when he sees this recipe. I've got everything (including a premade Oreo Crust) to make this. Like his Mama, Gabriel is sweet enough as he is so cheesecake is just up his alley.

18 OREO Cookies (or an Oreo Crust), crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
3 packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (8-ounce) softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (8 squares) melted, cooled slightly
3 large eggs
HEAT oven to 325░F.
MIX crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended.
Add chocolate; mix well.
ADD eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
Pour over crust.
BAKE 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set.
Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim.
Refrigerate 4 hours.
Note: If using a dark nonstick springform pan, reduce oven temperature to 300║F.
Special Extra: Garnish with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries and/or raspberries just before serving.
