Crust and topping:
1 package yellow cake mix, use it dry
2 large eggs
1 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky, your choice
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tablespoons margarine
1 cup shredded coconut
Mix first Crust and topping ingredients until all are well blended.
Pat one half of the dough mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.
In a small saucepan, heat the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and margarine until all is smooth then add the cup of shredded coconut.
Now pour over the dough mixture in the pan.
And then top with remaining dough.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Cool, then finish chilling in the refrigerator before cutting into squares to serve.
