2 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine, softened
1 (6-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 box instant butterscotch pudding
3 1/2 cup quick-cooking oatmeal
Boil for 1 minute the sugar, margarine and evaporated milk.
Add instant butterscotch pudding and oatmeal.
Remove from heat and stir thoroughly.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on wax paper or greased cookie sheet.
Let cool 15 minutes before eating.
