2 (4-ounce) packages single-serve graham cracker crusts (12 tart shells)
1 (4-serving size) package instant vanilla pudding
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon brandy extract
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup raisins
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Additional ground nutmeg
Mix together dry vanilla pudding, sweetened condensed milk, water, brandy extract, nutmeg and raisins.
Chill 15 minutes to set.
Fold in 1 cup of the whipped cream.
Spoon filling into crusts.
Garnish each tart with a dollop of the remaining whipped cream, a light dusting of nutmeg and 2 or 3 raisins.
