1 1/2 cups orange slices, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups flaked coconut
1/2 cup broken pecans
2 cups flour
3 large eggs
1 Tablespoon water
2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Spray a 15x10x1-inch (jellyroll) pan with no-stick cooking spray; set aside.
In a bowl, stir together the chopped orange slices, coconut and nuts and flour; set aside.
Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs and water until foamy.
Gradually beat in the brown sugar and salt.
By hand, stir in the dredged orange slice mixture until well mixed.
Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, or until done.
Cool, then cut into bars.
