1/2 medium onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3-4 slices cooked, diced bacon
8 cups greens, trimmed and washed well (or 1-2 frozen bags)
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
Sauté onions and garlic with bacon.
Add remaining ingredients, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
