1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
2-3 stalks celery
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip salad dressing
1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Wash and cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite size pieces.
Wash and slice celery into bite size pieces.
Put in large bowl and add raisins.
In another bowl combine the mayonnaise or salad dressing, oil, vinegar and sugar.
Whisk to blend it.
Then pour over the veggies and raisins.
Refrigerate for an hour or so to allow flavors to blend.
Keeps several days in the refrigerator.
