3/4 cup rice [raw]
3 Tablespoons chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon salt [didnít use]
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt [used 1/8 teaspoon]
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon celery salt [used 1/8 teaspoon]
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon onion salt [used 1/4 teaspoon onion powder]
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon Accent [didnít use]
1 can (4 ounces) slice mushrooms, drained [didnít use]
Sautť onion in butter; remove from pan.
Brown beef in pan drippings.
Mix rice, onion and beef; stir in soups, 1/2 cup water, seasonings and mushrooms.
Pour into casserole dish; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350ļF for 1 hour.
Yield : 6 to 8 servings
