1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground meat
3 - 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 large onion, sliced or coarsely chopped (as desired)
top and bottom pie crust
1 can (any size) beef gravy, divided (optional)
Peel and thinly slice potatoes and onions.
Boil sliced potatoes for about 5 minutes and drain.
Brown meat in frying pan.
While meat is browning, make pie crust or use Pillsbury ready made.
Drain meat, put in uncooked crust.
Layer potatoes and sliced onions on top.
Optional: Spoon about 1/2 can gravy over top before putting on top crust.
Put top crust over all and crimp to close.
Bake at 350ºF for about one hour.
