3/4 cup wild rice, rinsed and drained
1 pound hamburger-85% lean
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
Boil rice in about 2 1/2 cups water until rice is “curling/opening up”.
Brown hamburger with celery and onion soup mix.
Add mushroom soup, drained rice, and milk to hamburger.
Put in greased casserole dish with lid.
Dot with margarine or butter.
Bake covered, at 350ºF for 40 minutes.
