2 3/4 Cup Skim Milk
3 Tablespoons of Quick Cooking Tapioca
1/4 Cup Egg substitute
1/2 Cup Splenda
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
In large saucepan combine mik, tapioca, egg substitute, Splenda & salt. Stir until well blended, apoproximately 30 seconds. Let it stand 5 minutes.
Heat till it comes to a boil, making sure it does not burn. You can use double boiler pot). Remove from heat & add vanilla extract.
Cool at room temp for 20 min. Stir 1 time..& then serve.
Let stand 5 minutes.
