Cinnamon Raisin Focaccia

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Servings: 16

3 Tablespoon raw sugar, or white sugar
1 loaf sweet dough, thawed until warm and bubbly
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup raisins


Preheat oven to 400F.
Mix raisins and cinnamon into dough.
Roll dough on an oiled surface into a 12x16 in. rectangle.
Place on a large cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Brush with oil.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Use a pizza cutter to cut bread into squares.
